I used Phentermine 37.5mg a couple of years ago and lost 25 pounds very, very quickly. It is pretty much an amphetamine, with all the icky side effects. Complete loss of appetite (had to force myself to eat), felt awful after it wore off at the end of the day, nervous, jittery, super irritable to the point of causing probs with co-workers and husband. I stopped taking it after 3 months which is all I could handle and I gained the weight back almost immediately plus 10 lbs. more! I might try it in a lower dose just to curb my huge appetite, but since it's a drug and my Dr. won't prescribe it, I might have to try and get it online.
My advice: be careful and listen to your body!
